Business Officer Analyst Citi Solution Center-AVP

The Business Office Analyst of the Citi Solution Center (CSC) coordinates and supports all site-related activities and events. This role will report into the NAM Cluster CSC Network Lead and will provide direct support to the site head and collaborate with site business office lead and site leadership team (SLT). The Business Office Analyst also shares best practices with other global CSC sites and executes programs in the Toronto location. This includes managing ad-hoc projects, town halls, employee engagement programs, presentations, reporting, and site culture initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Direct support to the CSC site head and site leadership team to drive execution of the site and CSC network strategy
+ Collaborate with the site head to define and implement site initiatives to improve employee engagement
