Founded by Olympians Becky Adlington OBE and Steve Parry MBE, swim is on a mission to revolutionise swimming and change lives.

We believe every child should have the chance to learn to swim. Operating within schools and universities across the UK, we deliver high-quality lessons to children aged 3–11, helping to keep local pools open and communities active.

We’re proud of our people and our product, and high standards should run through everything we do. From the quality of our teaching to the way we support every swimmer and family as well as safe, clean, warm venues.

The Role

As a Learn to Swim Business Manager, you’ll lead your venue team to deliver an exceptional swimming experience for every child and family. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, ensuring lessons run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards of quality and service.
