This position is based in George. This is a sales management role accountable for an existing and experienced team. The successful incumbent will have to ensure the team’s profitability by managing results, resources and risks within the framework of the business plan for the area. This role also contributes to the overall management/leadership of the geographical area by serving as a member of the MANCO.

Key Result Areas

  • Managing the application of PFA’s sales process.
  • Managing the existing business processes (i.e. conservation, outstanding business, financing, administration and client care).
  • Interacting with successful and demanding financial advisors.
  • Coaching and development of financial advisors.
  •  Building and sustaining a productive team.
