Job Description

Drive business loan, sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships and achieving sales targets through field visits. To ensure disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas. Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly targets Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications. Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers. Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visit to centre A basic understanding of the business Loans model working would be preferred. A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
