Job Description

• Contribute to Shopee's growth objectives by improving users experience, optimizing spending/P&L and deriving required resources to achieve them;
• Lead and develop test plan, ad hoc analyses, reports and provide actionable insights to improve business performance through written and oral presentation to management;
• Be a key contributor to the projects' outcome by driving special projects/AB tests that leverage cross-departmental resources for execution and own the post-mortem/ analysis and recommendations from it;
• Coordinate the standardization of data metrics and KPIs leveraging business process and data knowledge
• Develop processes to improve BI tools and systems to drive reporting consistency; and
• Collaborate with other functional teams to promote optimization of strategy, data and product operations.
