SCOT's Regional team in Japan is seeking an experience and motivated Business Intelligence Engineer who enjoys the challenge of diving into complex problems in the areas of assortment optimization and helping our senior executives make high judgement decisions involving profitability, customer experience, and scalable execution. This focus will be on curating selection decisions for desired business objectives (e.g. fast delivery speed, and special regional formats), unblocking local experimentation and scaling automated actions based on underlying economics and customer demand signals
The successful candidate will have strong quantitative data mining and modeling skills and be comfortable working on new and sometimes ambiguous problems from concept through to execution.
