Job Description

We are hiring a Senior BI Engineer to support our enterprise HCM data platform for K‑12 clients. The role involves building high-quality Tableau dashboards, validating data in Snowflake, and partnering with Data Engineers and Product teams to deliver accurate, business-ready analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and publish Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
  • Analyze and interpret datasets across Snowflake's Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.
  • Validate data pipelines, SCD logic, and business rules.
  • Work with Data Engineers and business users to define KPIs and reporting logic.
  • Document dashboard logic, KPIs, and data lineage.
  • Conduct demos, user training, and support adoption.
