Job Summary:

Designs, develops, and maintains the organization's business intelligence and reporting solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Sources appropriate data to generate reports to support business decision-making and business performance monitoring.
  • Creates visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Participates in application validation and QA efforts as they pertain to reporting, data, metrics, and report creation and execution
  • Maintains data analytics platforms.
  • Evaluates and improves existing BI systems.
  • Conducts troubleshooting on BI models.
  • Responds to data and reporting questions & issues including root cause analysis providing timely resolutions.
