Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Job Description

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support data-driven business decisions
• Manage and support data requests from all Monee departments, delivering accurate reports, dashboards, or analysis within SLA timelines
• Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets).
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate insights for the relevant departments
• Support business growth plans through close monitoring and analysis of marketing performance, sales conversion and ad-hoc projects based on business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
