Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description: Develops business intelligence dashboards, reports, MIS and provide data-driven insights to enable various groups in the bank to monitor their key metrics against goals, understand customer behavior, comply with regulatory and industry reporting requirements and make vital business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize business dashboards, reports and MIS that help the business leaders monitor their business drivers against goals and understand customer behavior
• Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely data and insights to address control, compliance or regulatory-related requirements including data-related assistance in resolving issues which may impact revenue and the bank’s reputation.
• During compliance and external audits, ensure the delivery of data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes
