The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role ensures data accuracy, develops dashboards and reports, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Salary package: PHP 33,000 package
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk) is a plus
