Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Purpose

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for centralizing, analyzing, and visualizing business data across Marketing, CRM, Leasing, Operations, and Revenue to provide a single source of truth for the organization.

This role builds dashboards, develops reports, analyzes the end-to-end customer journey, identifies business trends and performance gaps, audits and optimizes marketing/CRM automation workflows, and delivers actionable insights that support decision-making across Rent Ready Homes and other assigned brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase, Looker Studio, and other BI tools.
• Create weekly and monthly executive reports.
• Analyze the complete customer journey, from lead generation through signed lease.
