Business Intelligence Analyst

KM2 Solutions is looking to hire a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help drive enterprise reporting, analytics, and data visualization initiatives across a fast-paced operational environment.

This role will focus on leveraging Snowflake data sources and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through Tableau and Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Snowflake data source tables for reporting and analytics
• Develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards and visualizations
• Deliver actionable insights to operational and leadership teams
• Support ad hoc analytics and reporting requests
• Define and document business metrics and reporting logic
• Identify gaps between business intent and current reporting structures
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data visibility and decision-making
