Business Intelligence Analyst (AI-Assisted Reporting)

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with exceptional business acumen and analytical thinking who can leverage our proprietary AI-powered BI framework to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions. This role focuses on understanding business problems deeply, designing the right analytical approach, and translating complex data into actionable insights -not just dashboards with numbers and charts.

You will work as a sole contributor owning the full reporting lifecycle: from gathering requirements to delivering polished Power BI reports. While you won't write code, you'll steer our agentic framework to generate data models, DAX measures, wireframes, and visualizations-making your ability to think critically about business problems and guide AI tools essential.
