Business Partnering &Stakeholder Management

  • You serve as the strategic HR partner for Sales, Retail, Category and other Revenue teams across West & South, aligning regional people strategy with business objectives for a workforce of 100+employees.
  • You proactively identify organizational gaps across locations, conduct structured business reviews with regional leadership, and drive people interventions with measurable outcomes.

    • Employee Engagement & Culture -COE

  • You design and execute employee engagement initiatives as COE, running pulse surveys and translating insights into tangible actions that build belonging and morale across the organisation.
  • You champion Birla Pivot's culture tenets and values across every HR touchpoint as COE — from hiring to offboarding — building a strong sense of belonging across the organisation.
