• Independently manage the overall operations and profitability of the computer training centre
• Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion
• Lead teams, manage performance and ensure operational efficiency
• Drive revenue generation, budgeting and achievement of admission targets
• Develop institutional partnerships, corporate tie-ups and strategic collaborations
• Identify new business opportunities in computer education, certification programmes and skill-development initiatives
• Maintain strong reporting systems, market networking and stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
