Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Presentation & Document Specialist to support our team by preparing, formatting, and maintaining professional business documents and presentations.

The role focuses on ensuring PowerPoint presentations, Word documents (including contracts and formal documents), and Excel spreadsheets are professionally structured, visually consistent, and aligned with our company standards. The position also includes maintaining structured document formatting using Microsoft Word styles and heading systems to ensure long-term consistency across company materials.

This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, working aligned with Germany business hours.
