Lead the APEX operation in Colombia, ensuring the achievement of the business’s strategic objectives, with a primary focus on commercial growth, adoption of the product portfolio (APEX On the Move, APEX Shop, APX Guaranteed), and sustainable profitability, driving continuous transformation of the operating model and the evolution of value-driven solutions for local clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy of APEX in Colombia, defining sales plans, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for each solution within the portfolio.
  • Personally drive the closing of opportunities with local and multinational clients operating in Colombia, as well as sister agencies within the group (Spark, Digitas, Zenith, Starcom).
  • Ensure the adoption and market penetration of APEX products in Colombia (opt-in, CAPs, share per client).
