Hi I'm the founder of a youth education company.
I'm looking for a proactive Business Development VA to help me grow by tapping into my existing network and expanding outreach to new contacts.
What you'll be doing:
- Mining my existing network (LinkedIn, email contacts) to identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators
- Sending warm and cold outreach messages on my behalf (LinkedIn + email)
- Following up with leads and tracking conversations in a simple CRM or spreadsheet
- Identifying schools, nonprofits, community orgs, and businesses that align with our mission
- Drafting outreach templates that feel personal and on-brand
You're a great fit if you:
- Have experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- Are comfortable writing in someone else's voice
- Are organized, self-directed, and don't need hand-holding
- Have worked in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven spaces (a plus, not a must)
