Business Development Supervisor

The Business Development Supervisor (BDS) is primarily responsible for ensuring that all initiatives of the Business Development Department are accomplished to meet the Company's organizational objectives and to ensure its sustainable & over-all growth. The BDS shall also be assigned to coach, mentor, train, and monitor work performance of Business Development Associates, wherein the Supervisor shall be assigned to perform the following activities:

• Project Management: Coordinates with various project proponents in monitoring the status & progress of all Company projects. Helps in ensuring that all projects will either be completed within the stipulated timeline or any irregularities will be immediately addressed. The BDS shall also be responsible for composing semi-monthly reports to track progress of each project.
