BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Location: Remote (Spain schedule) Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00 | Fridays until 15:00 Department: HQ – Commercial

About the Role

We're looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST to join our HQ Commercial team. You'll collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and other key departments while developing your skills in group management, customer relations, and commercial growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone proactive, energetic, and eager to learn within the Business Development field — especially in the Groups segment.

What You Will Learn & Do

You will support the Commercial/Business Development team with responsibilities such as:

  • Deliver customer service for Groups and assist during commercial visits.
  • Manage bookings and follow up on group requests using CRM/PMS tools.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and track commercial proposals.
