Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



* Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for Metacom.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

* Generate leads through outbound sales activities, networking, and referrals.

* Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

* Prepare proposals and coordinate client requirements with internal teams.



Qualifications:



* Proven experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Outbound Sales.

* Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers is highly preferred.

* Strong prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition skills.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

* Professional and presentable, as the role requires facing.

* Willing to visit clients in Metro Manila at least twice per month.
