DevBazar is hiring for our client company Looking for a results-driven professional with experience in IT / Software Staffing (W2) to generate leads & close US-based clients.
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM
Your Role:
• Generate & close W2 IT staffing opportunities
• Connect with US clients via emails, calls & meetings
• Build long-term client relationships
• Track leads, pipeline & conversions
Must-Have:
• 3+ years in IT staffing / software services BD
• Hands-on W2 hiring experience
• Proven track record: clients acquired & deals closed
• Strong communication, negotiation & lead generation skills
