Business Development Specialist

Tower Marketing is seeking a talented, self‑driven, and high‑energy individual to serve as a Business Development Specialist. The right candidate will have a “hunter” mentality, navigating complex company organization structures, identifying and contacting decision‑makers, and creating proposals based on the agency’s services. This role will serve as the key link between new prospects and our in‑house teams, ultimately transforming prospects into new clients.

Position: Full Time

Responsibilities Lead business development efforts to contact all leads on the agency’s in‑house list, CRM prospects, and new prospects that fit the agency’s targeted client profile.
