What You’ll Do

This isn’t just about selling design services — it’s about connecting people, and creating purpose and impact. As our Business Development & Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in turning meaningful conversations into projects that shape better spaces and stronger relationships. You’ll:

  • Oversee the full sales funnel — from inquiry to project conversion — ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience
  • Follow up with warm leads and referrals, customizing solutions that fit client goals and DEQA's values
  • Identify new opportunities through outreach, site visits, and networking within our target markets
  • Prepare proposals, costings, pitch presentations, and marketing strategies in collaboration with our Design and BD Teams, and collaborators
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators, especially in real estate and construction
