Job Description
This is a remote position and must be based in Colombia We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support both inbound and outbound sales efforts across all verticals. This role is centered on hunting and pipeline generation—identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospects while also responding to and nurturing inbound interest. The ideal candidate is persistent, comfortable making cold calls, and skilled at initiating strategic conversations that lead to booked meetings for our field sales team.
