We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager to grow and expand WeGolden’s LATAM business by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in line with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the LATAM region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and growth objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to deliver tailored solutions
