The role
As Business Development Representative (BDR) at CostPerform, you play a key role in creating new commercial opportunities and building the early stages of our enterprise sales pipeline.
This is not a high-volume call-center role. You will have real conversations with senior professionals at complex organisations and determine whether there is a meaningful fit before opportunities move forward.
You work closely with Sales and Marketing and are often the first human interaction prospects have with CostPerform.
With 90% of leads currently driven by marketing and events, this role is key to unlocking a large, largely untapped outbound growth opportunity.
