Summary

As a Business Development Representative at PACE, you’ll help drive new business by booking qualified meetings for our Advisors. This is a high‑activity, outbound role for people who are motivated, goal‑driven, and eager to build a long‑term sales career. You’ll build your pipeline through strategic outreach, consistent follow‑up, and strong execution, with training, coaching, and leadership support behind you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by making outbound calls to qualified prospects using leads provided by PACE
  • Operate in an outbound environment, with daily call expectations and performance targets.
  • Generate interest, uncover decision‑making criteria, and book qualified meetings for our Advisors
  • Learn to identify key details about a prospect’s benefits landscape; group size, renewal dates, current carriers and use that info to strengthen the sales funnel
