The Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with creators, influencers, and brands to grow the IdeaMax platform.


Responsibilities

Creator Outreach

  • Identify and research creators across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Etsy, and Shopify.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns through social media DMs, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build targeted prospect lists based on niche, engagement, audience size, and product fit.
  • Personalize outreach to creators and brands.
  • Follow up consistently until opportunities are closed or disqualified.


Lead Management

  • Maintain CRM with accurate notes and pipeline updates.
