Job Description

This Full-Cycle BDR role requires generating leads across multiple platforms, converting marketing-provided leads, managing the entire sales pipeline, and closing deals. The BD must understand Portiva's full workflow—from initial outreach to client onboarding, VMA endorsement, billing, and payment processes—to ensure a seamless and informed client experience.

What You'll Do

  • Generate leads across LinkedIn, email, call lists, directories, and other platforms
  • Chase and convert leads provided by the Marketing team
  • Qualify prospects, run discovery calls, and document all interactions in HubSpot
  • Maintain complete and accurate CRM tracking of attempts, contacts, milestones, proposals, and deal progress
  • Understand Portiva's end-to-end workflow: client engagement, VMA endorsement, billing, and payments
  • Close deals by gathering headcount, job titles, job descriptions, EMR system, and client non-negotiables
