Business Development Representative (Cold Calling) – Remote

LeaseHub is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound sales through cold calling. This role is focused on reaching landlords, property managers, and brokers and booking qualified conversations for our sales team.

Role Details

  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
  • Hours: 30+ hours per week
  • Pay: $4–$10 per hour, based on experience
  • Location: Remote
  • Must work EST hours

What You'll Do

  • Cold call landlords, property managers, and brokers across the U.S.
  • Clearly explain LeaseHub's product and why it's relevant
  • Book meetings or demos for follow-up conversations
  • Log call outcomes and notes in the CRM
  • Share feedback on objections and messaging
