Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Execute high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Engagement with Decision-Makers: Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers across various industries including manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Native or highly advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written. (C1 English level)
- Strong work ethic and resilience in outbound sales
- 2 to 3+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments
