Job Summary

We are hiring an IT-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to own outbound outreach and manage our sales pipeline from first contact to booked discovery call. This is a full-time, fully remote role (optional BGC office). Work schedule follows US / Canada business hours.

You will prospect and engage Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT-led organizations in the US and Canada to introduce our offshore IT outsourcing and dedicated IT staffing services.

The founder handles pricing, proposals, contracts, and closing—you own consistent pipeline execution, follow-ups, and meeting bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound outreach to MSPs and IT organizations via LinkedIn, email, phone, and approved channels
