Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Track all activities in SF, maintain tasks, and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Communicate lead pain points and challenges to Placements and AMs.
- Maintain a well-developed and nurtured pipeline of prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with leads.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales.
- Openness and willingness to be trained and coached.
- Perform ad hoc-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain correct data entry into the Sales Report.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience (staffing solutions, healthcare, general business).
- Proven track record of handling customer relationships successfully.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
