Marosa is a leading FinTech company based in Madrid, specialising in tax technology. Our mission is to simplify global VAT compliance for multinational companies through powerful and user-centric software.

We’re hiring a focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify opportunities that feed our Sales Account Executives. This role will be the front line of our sales motion in Spain, owning outbound prospecting and rapid qualification of inbound leads so AEs can focus on closing. You’ll build pipeline, nurture prospects, and ensure smooth handoffs to the Sales Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect proactively across target accounts via outbound email, phone, social selling (LinkedIn) and other channels to create qualified meetings.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and thoroughly, converting MQLs into SQLs and booking discovery meetings / demos for AEs.
