Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (2–5 years) to manage the full sales cycle for our U.S. IT Staffing and Consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Pipeline: Generate and qualify leads via Cold Calling, LinkedIn, and
  • Close Revenue: Identify, pitch, and close opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and RFP sites.
  • Executive Engagement: Engage key decision-makers (CIOs, VPs) with strong, professional English communication.
  • Track all activity rigorously in CRM/ATS systems.

Required Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in U.S. IT Sales or Staffing.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM/ATS.
  • Proven ability to write winning proposals and pitch confidently to C-level executives.
