The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. trucking operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage drivers and loads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch trucks and coordinate loads across the U.S.
Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
Plan routes and monitor driver performance
Handle load scheduling, updates, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and internal teams
Requirements:
