Role overview:

We're looking for an outbound BDR to generate opportunities for our staff augmentation services. Your job is to connect with prospects, understand their hiring gaps, and book meetings with qualified decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling + LinkedIn/email outreach to targeted prospects
• Qualify opportunities: required roles (e.g., React/Next, Node, Laravel, QA), headcount, timeline, budget range, and decision process
• Book discovery calls and hand off with clear notes
• Maintain daily pipeline updates (tracker/CRM)
• Follow up consistently until you get a clear yes/no
