Job Description:

  • Conduct outbound calls to old and existing prospects
  • Follow up on leads to assess interest and move conversations forward
  • Understand basic client requirements and share insights with the sales team
  • Schedule demos and meetings for senior sales members
  • Maintain and update call records in CRM/tracking sheets
  • Ensure strong and consistent follow-ups (with full team support)


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bcom/ BMS/MMS/MCom or equivalent degree


Required Expertise:

  • Prior experience in sales, calling, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable handling outbound and inbound calls with prospective clients
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and receptive to feedback
