Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in or inbound customers to understand requirements.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Present product/service information clearly and confidently.
  • Assist customers throughout the decision-making process.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
  • 0–2 years of experience in B2C sales, customer service, retail sales, or telesales.
