This role is highly outbound-driven. Cold calling is the most effective and prioritized channel. You will spend a significant part of your day speaking directly with prospects by phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in cold calling
• Daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling
• Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers
• Test scripts, objections and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning
• Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them
• Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot
