We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound sales efforts focused on the vocational sector. This role is all about hunting—identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospects to build pipeline and generate revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is persistent, comfortable making cold calls, and skilled at initiating strategic conversations that lead to booked meetings for our field sales team.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Prospect and cold call into vocational accounts (transportation, field service, construction, etc.) to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and set discovery meetings for account executives, contributing directly to pipeline growth.
