Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: New Brunswick (Remote-first, East Coast team)
Team Hub: Saint John, NB (periodic in-person team meetings required)
The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you are the engine at the top of our sales funnel. Your role is to strategically qualify opportunities before they move forward to our Sales Executives. When this role is done well, deals close faster, sales cycles shorten, and customers are set up for success.
This is an account-focused BDR role, not a spray-and-pray outbound position. You’ll balance activity with judgment—driving volume while maintaining quality. While the role is remote, you’ll collaborate closely with our East Coast team and participate in occasional in-person meetings in Saint John, NB.
