Business Development Representative (Remote Canada or US)
Align HCM is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team!
Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to prospective clients
- Must love being on the phone for a minimum of 2 hours a day talking to prospects
- Needs to be active on LinkedIn - posting, engaging, and must have a robust connection network
- Requires a 'hunter and CEO of your own business' mentality that requires discipline, strong work ethic, a competitive spirit and hunger for success
- Ability to take coaching and implement feedback to improve outcomes
- Creativity and attention to detail in correspondence (call/email/LinkedIn) with prospects to get their attention and set Align HCM apart from our competitors
