Business Development Representative (BDR) – Toronto

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing go‑to‑market team in Toronto. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, executing outbound campaigns, following up on leads, articulating Abacum’s value, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Research & identify potential customers for Abacum.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns using phone, email, and social touches.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or events.
  • Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value that Abacum provides.
  • Meet and exceed both individual and team goals.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Leverage sales enablement tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Zoominfo/Cognism, and SalesNav.
