Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager

SalesAsk is a B2B SaaS company building AI-powered conversation recording and coaching for in-person sales teams in the home services industry — HVAC, roofing, restoration, and homebuilding. Our reps capture and analyze real field conversations so home services companies can coach, close more deals, and ramp new hires faster. We serve leading clients including Fischer Homes and AM Restoration, and we're scaling our go-to-market engine as we move into our next phase of growth.

The Role

We're hiring a BDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound team in Toronto. You'll own the top of our pipeline — managing a team of BDRs/SDRs, sharpening our outbound motion, and consistently delivering qualified meetings to our Account Executives. This is a hands‑on, in‑the‑trenches leadership role for someone who loves building repeatable systems, coaching reps to hit quota, and turning a high‑volume lead list into booked revenue conversations.
