We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify prospective client law firms, initiating outreach, nurturing initial interest, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and research.
  • Contact prospects using approved messaging via LinkedIn and email.
  • Qualify interested firms and schedule discovery calls.
  • Maintain CRM records and manage the outreach pipeline.
  • Execute structured follow-ups and deliver weekly performance reports.
