**Join Percona as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be the driving force behind our sales growth!**
As a BDR at Percona, you will generate qualified leads in defined regions for your assigned sales team. You will be responsible for all outbound prospecting & inbound activity for your defined region; including phone calls, messaging outreach, and following up on marketing leads.
The ideal BDR has a real ‘hunter’ mentality, they are someone who loves prospecting, thrives on identifying early stage opportunities, has a ‘never give up’ attitude, and who will spend a significant portion of their time reaching out to prospects in an attempt to pre-qualify leads. This role is critical to the growth of a strong, qualified, sales ready pipeline for Percona’s sales team.
