Business Development (BDE)

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, and email outreach
  • Pitch recruitment / IT / HR services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, founders, and hiring managers
  • Understand client requirements and close service agreements
  • Maintain CRM, follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue client acquisition targets
